From 10 million dollars heir to a homeless

A photo of a husband and wife had drawn many people’s attention around the world, but their background story even make you interested.

Mrs. Marianne Friedman-Foote is an American who spent every night sleeping in the park, Central Park, New York, with her personal package, not very far from the flat, Park Avenue that worth 10million Dollar which was once belong to her when she was young.

Friedman-Foote just turn 63, was the heir and granddaughter of a wealthy textile maker In the Manhattan neighborhood. But when her mother passed away, her family's wealth had little to no income.

She did not use the property to run a business, but became a drug addict up until August, she had been driven from her apartment to become homeless.

And This Is Her Life Story

Her family once owned the 371-square-foot Art Deco apartment complex and is now worth 10 million Dollars. But it sold for only $ 3 million when her mother died and had to share the property with another sister.

Friedman-Foote graduated from Boston University as a nurse and married to her first husband who was a secret agent of FBI but then got divorced and had been separated from her 3-year-old daughter who was claimed by court to give to the husband.

After losing her mother and contact with her sister, Friedman-Foote became depressed and drug addicted in the age of 40 years old, taking methadone four times a week for up to six years.

In 2000, she married her current husband, 59, a construction worker and bought a house in Long Island, but she lost it during the Great Depression and both are ended up in a friend's house. After the apartment owner and also her friend who make her married again died, she and her husband had evicted by her friend’s family from the apartment. Now, both are hoping that the authority will find her a home, otherwise they may die during in this up-coming winter.
