Both of these ingredients are equally effective and are even
more effective when you mix them as they have no health effects like sleeping
pills.
How to make it: Nearly one glass of milk, or 75% of glass
and one tablespoon of honey. Then pour milk into a glass, add honey, stir well
and eat slowly before going to bed.
